Wireless Nomad will issue a refund for the total value of the equipment deposit if you terminate your Internet subscription for any reason. Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was supplied to you in, including all accessories before a refund is issued.
Defective products may be returned for exchange, refund or credit. Unopened and unused products may be returned for exchange, refund or credit. Opened or used products are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
