Personally Identifiable Information

For example, to subscribe to mailing lists hosted by Wireless Nomad, we require a valid email address. To register for free web access, we require a valid email address and postal code. To register as a Wireless Nomad client, we require you to provide more information, including your name, address and other personal information. Wireless Nomad provides you with many ways to submit information to be made public including but not limited to participating in our email lists, chat forums, discussion groups or message boards. In each of these circumstances, Wireless Nomad gathers information from you. Wireless Nomad will reveal information, including personally identifiable information, to the extent we believe we are required to do so by law. If we are asked by subpoena or other legal means to disclose any of you personally identifiable information we will, if permitted by law, attempt to notify you via the email address you supplied when registering in our Internet Services. We may, at our sole discretion, decide to challenge a subpoena or other court order that we feel is inappropriate, but we are under no obligation to do so.
Accessing and Changing Your Information
Wireless Nomad is committed to ensuring that you have control over your personal information. You can change your email address, password or other personal information using the information you provided when you signed up to the Wireless Nomad service that you originally gave your personal information, such as a Wireless Nomad free web account.
Policy Changes
We may amend this Privacy Policy at our discretion at any time. If we change this privacy policy in any way, we will notify you at least 10 days in advance by transmitting a notice to the email address you supplied when registering for Wireless Nomad Internet Services. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 10 days after they are initially transmitted to you. If you disagree with the terms of the amended policy, you may choose to discontinue subscribing to our services within the 10 day period before the changes take effect. You have the option of discontinuing the use of any of our services by sending an email to support@wirelessnomad.com.
